I’m excited to share a short sampling of my work with you below, but as every content strategist knows, sometimes the best content lies behind a tempting call to action.

In 2025, I was hired as a Content Strategist at Google. It's a dream job, and a dream company to work for in my field. More to come as I onboard and start to make an impact!
In my role as a Director of Content Strategy at Resolute Digital, a member of the award-winning Weber Shandwick Collective, I was proud to lend my expertise to clients across a breadth of industries, brands, and organizations. My clients ranged from small companies and non-profit organizations to billion-dollar brands and even U.S. government agencies. Work includes:
Full site content strategy
Website audits & redesigns
Technical site migrations
Omnichannel campaign strategy
Taxonomy development
Sitemap & information architecture development
Content audits & inventories
Personas & user journeys
New content development
Between 2017-2022, I specialized in content strategy in-house. From 2020-2022, I led and managed eight UX Content Strategist, developing and streamlining processes, standardizing KPIs and reporting, and crafting the functional team’s directional roadmap. Prior to leading the team, I was an individual contributor, dedicated to specific websites and owning all aspects of site content strategy, with the explicit goals of leveling up the user experience, increasing conversion, and increasing organic traffic and engagement. A few of the sites I worked on were:
Owned content strategy for HighSpeedInternet.com from 2020-2021. Piloting projects around information architecture, UX optimizations, testing, and user research. Site averages 2 million sessions/month.
Owned content strategy for ASecureLife.com and Safewise.com in 2019. Crafted content creation and strategy while also owning site taxonomy and re-categorization (information architecture), full site redesign, and management of affiliate links.
Worked primarily on content strategy of all content living under the /blog subfolder from 2017-2018. Through dedicated content planning, prioritization, layout, and optimization grew organic traffic by 300% year over year.

Spoke at Lavacon: The Content Strategy Conference in October 2024, covering the benefit of content inventories and audits, how to create them, and where to focus based on your organization’s business priorities.
Gave a virtual lecture (because…pandemic) for Dr. Alex Lawrence on Content Marketing and Strategy under the lens of User Experience (UX).
Discussed work-life balance, finding your "dream job" (spoiler alert...you don't have to), the importance of incredible culture in the workplace, and why I loved starting my career at a fast-paced startup.
Doing voiceovers started out as just a favor for a sister-site. After dipping my feet in the voiceover pool, I couldn’t get enough. I decided voiceover work is something I want to continue to do to help bring brands’ written words to life through audio.
HighSpeedInternet.com needed a narration voiceover from an adult female to showcase the tone and purpose of their brand.
These quick, punchy, clear, and communicative voiceovers were what HighSpeedInternet.com needed for their YouTube ad placements .
Several websites needed a conversational, clear, and authoritative tone when comparing products and services.
HighSpeedInternet.com needed a relatable voice to help them level with their customers, and explain the complexities of how much internet speed they really need.
ASecureLife.com was looking for a voice that could guide a viewer through their expert reviews of different security systems.
Comparing things side-by-side requires vocal differentiation and emphasis on benefits and drawbacks. HighSpeedInternet used my voiceover to compare providers.
